The authors establish estimates on the kernels and the derivatives of the kernels associated to canonical solutions of the \({\bar \partial}\)- Neumann problem and the \({\bar \partial}\)-equation on a smoothly bounded domain in a complex manifold, under condition Z(q) on the Levi form. Pseudoconvexity of the domain is not required.
