The integrals \((1)\quad f(z)=\int^{\infty}_{0}e^{-\lambda (t)z} d\sigma (t)\) are investigated, where \(\sigma: [0,+\infty)\to C\) (C is the set of all complex numbers), \(\sigma\) being of bounded variation on each interval [0,K], \(0<K<+\infty\), \(\sigma (0)=0\) and the limit \(\lim_{t\to \infty}\sigma (t)\) exists and is finite, further \(\lambda\) is a smooth function with Re \(\lambda\) (t)\(>0\), \(\lim_{t\to \infty}\lambda (t)=\infty\) and \(| \arg \lambda '(t)| <\phi <\pi /2.\) The author gives some sufficient conditions for the convergence of the integral on the right-hand side of (1) for the points of regularity of the function f. Similar conditions are derived also for uniform convergence of this integral.
