    The unique definiteness conditions of the convolutions \(\mu^{n*}\) of the complex-valued measure \(\mu\) on \(R^ m\) by their restrictions on certain subsets in \(R^ m\) are obtained. For example, if \(\{x_ 1,x_ 2,...,x_ m\}=x\in R^ m,\) \(K(r,m)=\{x\in R^ m:\;\| x\| >r,x_ 1<0\},\) \(L(r,m)=\{x\in R^ m:x_ 1<-r\}\) and the Borel measures \(\mu\), \(\nu\) in \(R^ m\) satisfy the conditions \[ (i)\quad | \mu | (R^ m),| \nu | (R^ m)<\infty; \] \[ (ii)\quad (Supp\quad \mu \cup Supp \nu)\cap L(r,m)\neq \emptyset,\quad \forall r>0; \] \[ (iii)\quad | \mu | (K(r,m)),| \nu | (K(r,m))=O(e^{- cr}),\quad r\to \infty,\quad \forall c>0, \] and for some \(n\geq 3\), \(r>0\) the restrictions on L(r,m) of the measures \(\mu^{n*}\) and \(\nu^{n*}\) coincide, then \(\mu^{n*}=\nu^{n*}\), \(\mu =\epsilon \nu\), where \(\epsilon^ n=1\). In the case \(n=2\) the condition (iii) is replaced by \[ (iv)\quad | \mu | (K(r,m)),| \nu | (K(r,m))=O(e^{-cr \ell n r}),\quad r\to \infty,\quad \forall c>0. \]
