Let D be a simply connected domain in \({\mathbb{R}}^ 2\), bounded by straight lines \(x=0\), \(y=1\), \(x=1\) and by characteristic line \(x-y=1\) for the equation \[ u_{xxx}+u_{xy}+c(y)u_ x=0\text{ in } y>0,\quad c(y)\leq 0\text{ and } u_{xxx}-u_{xyy}-\lambda^ 2u_ x=0\text{ in } y<0. \] The author considers several boundary conditions for this equation, including non local ones. For instance one of the conditions are \[ u|_{y=1}=\psi_ 1(y)u(l,y)=u(1,y)+\psi_ 2(y),\quad 0<\ell <1,\quad 0\leq y\leq 1. \] \[ [u(0,y)-U(0,-y)]_{x_ 1=0}=\psi_ 3(y),\quad u_ x|_{x=0}=\nu_ 1(y),\quad \frac{\partial u}{\partial n}|_{x-y=1}=\psi_ 1(y), \] n is inner unit normal, \(\psi\) ; are given functions, satisfying some compatibility conditions. By means of traditional integral and functional integral equations the solvability and uniqueness is proved.
