Given a p-normed space \(X_ p\), \(0<p\leq 1\), of dimension n, and \(0<\epsilon <1\), we show that if \(k\leq c\epsilon^{2/p}\log (n)\), then there is a 1-1 operator T from \(\ell^ k_ 2\) to \(X_ p\) which is almost an isometry, i.e. \[ (1+\epsilon)\| x\|^ p_ 2\geq \| Tx\|^ p\geq (1-\epsilon)\| x\|^ p_ 2 \] for all x in \(\ell^ k_ 2\). This generalizes the classical Dvoretzky's theorem (which is the case \(p=1)\) to the quasi-norm setting with sharp estimates.
