Sakane's construction of non-homogeneous Kähler-Einstein manifolds with positive Ricci curvature was generalized in the previous paper of the authors [Part I, Lect. Notes Math. 1201, 165-179 (1986; Zbl 0591.53056)]. In this paper, more explicit examples are constructed. Especially, examples of metrics with any cohomogeneity are given.
