It is considered the four-dimensional lattice gauge theory noninteracting with matter fields. The following theorem is proved: if the sequence of the effective coupling constants is contained in an interval ]0,\(\gamma\) ] with a sufficiently small positive \(\gamma\), then the effective densities \(\rho_ k\) have the form, and satisfy all the conditions and bounds, described in Sect. 2 of the author's work in ibid. 119, No.2, 243-285 (1988; Zbl 0664.58050). This is the main result of the whole sequence of papers of the author on non-Abelian gauge field theories [ibid. 109, 249-301 (1987; Zbl 0611.53080); ibid. 116, No.1, 1-22 (1988; Zbl 0688.53045); part I of this paper, ibid. 122, No.2, 175-202 (1989; see the review above)]. As an immediate consequence of this theorem, it follows the ultraviolet stability bounds of the same type as for superrenormalizable models. This theorem is the basis for an analysis of expectation values of physical observables, like loop variables, averaged loop variables, etc. The mathematical methods used are the theory of operators in spaces of measures, the renormalization theory and the lattice theory.
