It is well-known that so-called Campanato type estimates play a fundamental role in considering the regularity of solutions to elliptic and parabolic systems. On the other hand, we think that a time-discrete approximation of Rothe's type is essential for constructing the heat flows associated with the variational problem. Campanato type estimates are essentially needed in estimating approximating solutions. To obtain these estimates, we must make use of local estimates similarly as elliptic systems and parabolic systems, according to sizes of a time-mesh h and a radius r of local cylinders. It is also needed to use a cut-off function which is a step-function toward time-variable.
