The authors study the initial-boundary value problem for the linear Stokes system \(v_ t-\Delta v+\nabla p=f\), \(div(v)=\rho\) in the half- space \((x_ 3>0)\) with the surface tension in the boundary conditions. The main result is an existence and uniqueness theorem of the global solution in Hölder spaces. The proof is based on methods of the Fourier multipliers theory.
