Special types of two-person games in matrix or bimatrix form with two successive diagonal matrices are considered. The game is called quasi- completely mixed for a player if there exists a mixed strategy guaranteeing the game value against any pure strategy of the opponent. The main results proved by using Farkas' lemma, concern the existence of quasi-completely mixed strategies and conditions for the existence of equilibrium strategies.
