In this note, to a square matrix of order r, whose elements are sets of r complex numbers, the author associates an algebraic sum of r! determinants of order r called bundle (fagot); successively to certain sets of complex numbers, arranged in order to obtain the vertices of sets of cubes, he associates a number called co-bundle (contrefagot). At last an application to certain linear systems of quadrics is given.
