The title of this article refers to a definition of parabolic systems due to S. D. Eidel'man. For these systems, more general than the parabolic ones in the sense of J. Petrovskij the author finds necessary and sufficient conditions under which the solution in a strip is represented by Poisson type integrals of certain functions or generalised Borel measures. The set of these functions or measures constitutes the set of initial values of the solution searched for. The author observes that for the well known problem of integral representation for solutions of systems parabolic in the Petrovskij sense, sufficient conditions not always coincide with the necessary ones.
