Solvability of integral equations of the first kind of Volterra type (Q920341)

Conditions for existence and uniqueness of the solution of the linear equation \(\int^{t}_{0}{\mathcal K}(t,s)u(s)ds=f(t),\quad 0\leq t\leq T\) and the nonlinear equation \(\int^{t}_{0}{\mathcal H}(t,s,u(s))ds=f(t),\quad 0\leq t\leq T\) are found. Here \({\mathcal K}(t,s)\) is a matrix-function of order \(n\times n\), and \({\mathcal H}(t,s,u(s))\), u(s), f(t) are vector- functions from \(R^ n\).
