Let \(E=(E,\Delta,\epsilon)\) be a supercoalgebra, \(Z=(z^ k_ i)\) be an \(n\times n\) matrix with elements from \(E_ j\) \((j=0,1)\) such that \((- 1)^{d(z^ k_ i)}=\epsilon_ i\epsilon_ k\) for a suitable set \((\epsilon_ 1,...,\epsilon_ n)\), where \(\epsilon_ j=\pm 1\) and \(d(z)=0\) (correspondingly 1) if \(z\in E_ 0\) (correspondingly \(E_ 1)\). Then Z is called a multiplicative matrix if \(\epsilon (Z)=I\), i.e. \(\epsilon (z^ k_ i)=\delta^ k_ i\); and \(\Delta (Z)=Z\otimes Z\), i.e. \(\Delta (z^ k_ i)=\sum^{n}_{j=1}z^ j_ i\otimes z^ k_ j\). The author gives an explicit construction for a universal mapping of a superbialgebra generated by elements of a multiplicative matrix into a Hopf superalgebra.
