In this essentially conceptional paper, the author presents his non- metrical structural theory of space-time. The major concept of the theory is the intrapoint structure. It assumes that the world point - or the unit physical event - has non-geometrical trichonometrical structure with region p, neighbour \('p\), (inclusion relation to p), and boundary \(p'\) (contact relation to \b{p}). Mathematically, this structure is described with a separate group of discrete symmetry named the intrapoint symmetry and logically expanding the concepts of the point and spatial symmetry. The intrapoint structure defines the topological and symmetrical characteristics of space and their relation with the multilevel structure of the universe. For instance, the trichonomy of the world point leads to three-dimensionality of physical space, etc. The enthusiasm and inspiration of the author is best characterized by the last sentence of the paper that reads: ``There is no doubt that further elaboration of these conceptions will required reconsideration of the medieval ideas regarding the Trinity, as well as regarding Light and Hierarchy and particular the relationship between science, religion and art.''
