Some results about questions proposed by Hale (Q923200)

The author studies some properties of the asymptotically stable cone of the following linear differential equation with delays \[ (1)\quad x'(t)=A_ 0x(t)+\sum^{N}_{k=1}A_ kx(t-\gamma_ k\cdot r). \] The main tool is the studying of the roots of the characteristic equation of (1).
