In his previous papers [Bull. Sci. Math., 126, 675--680 (2002; Zbl 1024.53046); Bull. Sci. Math., 130, 341--353 (2006; Zbl 1103.53042)], the first author has proved the existence of a lower bound of admissible functions on a sphere and on a complex projective space, considering the symmetric case. The purpose of the present paper is to extend such results to the asymmetric case. When the supremum of these functions is null, the authors prove that they admit a lower bound, which gives precisely the \textit{G. Tian} invariant [cf. Invent. Math., 89, 225--246 (1987; Zbl 0599.53046)]. The proofs are given only for \(P_m\mathbb C\), the other two cases being considered by the authors in [Enveloppes inferieures de fonctions admissibles sur l'espace projectif complexe. Cas dissymetrique, Preprint, \url{arXiv:math/0604073}].
