    The authors consider a family \({\mathcal F}= \{f\}\) of \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mappings of a domain \(D\subset\mathbb{R}^n\). By Definition 1.1, the family \({\mathcal F}\) is called normal on \(D\) if every sequence \(\{f_n\}\subset{\mathcal F}\) has a subsequence that converges uniformly on compact subsets of \(D\) with respect to the spherical metric \(q\) in \(\overline\mathbb{R}^n\): \[ \begin{aligned} q(a,b) &= {|a- b|\over \sqrt{1+|a|^2} \sqrt{1+|b|^2}}\quad\text{if }a,b\in\mathbb{R}^n,\\ q(a,\infty) &= {1\over \sqrt{1+|a|^2}}\quad \text{if }a\in\mathbb{R}^n.\end{aligned} \] By Definition 1.3, a \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mapping \(f:\mathbb{R}^n\to \overline\mathbb{R}^n\) is called a Yosida \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mapping in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) if the family of mappings \(\{f(x+ a)\}\), \(a\in\mathbb{R}^n\), is normal in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). By Definition 1.5, a \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mapping \(f: \mathbb{R}^n\to\overline\mathbb{R}\), \(n\geq 2\), is called a \(p\)-Yosida mapping, \(p> 1\), if for every squence of points \(\{a_n\}\) in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with \(\lim_{n\to\infty}|a_n|= \infty\), the family of mappings \(\{f(a_n+ |a_n|^{2-p} x)\}\) is normal in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). In Theorems 1.4 and 1.6 the classes of Yosida \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mappings and of \(p\)-Yosida mappings are characterized. In the second section the authors define \(M_p\)-sequences and \(\mu_p\)-sequences for a non-constant \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mapping. Some properties of these sequences are established, and the main result is proved: Theorem 2.10. Let \(f\) be a \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mapping in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) and let \(A_1,\dots, A_{l+2}\), where \(l= l(n,K)\), be distinct points in \(\overline\mathbb{R}^n\). Furthemore, let \(f^{-1}(A_j)= \big\{a_{jk}; k\in\mathbb{N}\;,\;j= 1,2,\dots,l+ 2\big\}\). Then \(f\) is a \(p\)-Yosida \(K\)-quasimmeromorphic mapping in \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \(p> 1\), if and only if \[ \underset{i\neq j,k,m}{}{\text{inf}}\,\Biggl\{{|a_{jk}- a_{im}|\over |a_{jk}|^{2-p}}: a_{jk}\neq 0\Biggr\}> 0. \] In the following the authors investigate a subclass of Yosida \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mappings and Yosida \(K\)-quasimeromorphic mappings of first order.
