A multiple complete rational trigonometric sum (Q925212)

\textit{V. N. Chubarikov} [Math. Notes 20(1976), 589--593 (1977), translation from Mat. Zametki 20, 61--68 (1976; Zbl 0353.10028)] obtained an estimate of a multiple complete rational trigonometric sum with a polynomial of general type in the exponent. This estimate is exact on the set of polynomials whose powers in each variable do not exceed \(n\), where \(n\) is a positive integer exceeding 1. In the present paper the estimate is refined for the case when a form with integral coefficients with power \(n\) is in the exponent.
