This paper mainly contributes to show that the structure of \(K\)-theory groups for graph \(C^*\)-algebras such as Cuntz-Krieger algebras can be interpreted in terms of graphs and understood from the graph theoretical point of view, without using the operator algebra techniques. It also provides some interesting related analogues. A classification of Cuntz-Krieger algebras has been obtained by \textit{M. Rørdam} [\(K\)-Theory 9, No. 1, 31--58 (1995; Zbl 0826.46064)] using their \(K\)-theory group structure.
