The author analyzes three-dimensional solutions to stochastic Navier-Stokes equations on a torus subject to periodic boundary conditions and in presence of an additive Gaussian noise. A detailed mathematical treatment deals with properties of related Markov solutions, including weak martingale solutions and the existence of the invariant measure. The solution is shown to be uniquely ergodic and the convergence to the invariant measure is found exponentially fast. The conditions ensuring the energy balance are analyzed too.
