Consider a blow-up \(\pi\colon\widetilde\mathbb{A}^n\to\mathbb{A}^n\) at the origin of affine complex space and put \(E=\pi^{-1}(0)\). Denote by \(\mathcal D_{\mathcal O(mE)}(\widetilde\mathbb{A}^n)\) the ring of global regular differential operators twisted by \(\mathcal O(mE)\). The Fourier transformation \(\varphi\) on the Weyl algebra, \(\varphi(q_i)=p_i\), \(\varphi(p_i)=-q_i\) restricts to a ring isomorphism \(\mathcal D_{\mathcal O(m-n)}(\mathbb{P}^n)\simeq\mathcal D_{\mathcal O(mE)}(\widetilde\mathbb{A}^n)\). In particular there is a surjective algebra homomorphism \(U(\mathfrak{sl}(n+1))\to\mathcal D_{\mathcal O(mE)}(\widetilde\mathbb{A}^n)\). Consider the Cartan decomposition of \(\mathfrak{sl}(n+1)\) and denote by \(M(\lambda)\) the Verma module with the highest weight \(\lambda\), \(\lambda\in\mathfrak h^*\). Let \(L(\lambda)\) be the irreducible quotient of \(M(\lambda)\). The space of global sections \(\Gamma(\widetilde\mathbb{A}^n,\mathcal O(mE))\) as \(U(\mathfrak{sl}(n+1))\)-module is isomorphic to \(L(-(m+1)\overline{w_n})\) if \(m\geqslant 0\) and to \(L((m-1)\overline{w_n}-m\overline{w_{n-1}})\) otherwise. Here \(w_i\) is the fundamental weight \(x\mapsto x_1+\cdots+x_i\), where \(x=\text{diag}(x_1,\dots,x_{n+1})\in\mathfrak h\).
