The authors give some interesting sufficient conditions for a sequence of complete Kähler metrics \(g_{i}\) on a \(n\)-dimensional complex non-compact manifold \(M\) which ensure that \(M\) is covered by a pseudoconvex domain in \(\mathbb C^{n}\) which is homeomorphic to \(\mathbb R^{2n}\). In order to prove this result, after considering the sequence of holomorphic normal ``coordinate charts'' corresponding to the sequence \(g_{i}\) around some point in \(M\), they build a map from an open set in \(\mathbb C^{n}\) onto \(M\). They manage to control the sets where the corresponding coordinate transition functions are injective. Finally, they use an original method to build a covering map from an open set in \(\mathbb C^{n}\) (which, by construction, is pseudoconvex and homeomorphic to \(\mathbb R^{2n}\)) onto \(M\). As a consequence of this result, they prove that if \((M,g)\) is an \(n\)-dimensional complete non-compact Kähler manifold with non-negative and bounded holomorphic bisectional curvature whose scalar curvature satisfies some linear decay condition, then it is holomorphically covered by a pseudoconvex domain in \(\mathbb C^{n}\) which is homeomorphic to \(\mathbb R^{2n}\). Moreover, if \(M\) has positive bisectional curvature and is simply connected at infinity, then it is Stein. Detailed proofs of all the steps mentioned above are provided.
