    In this paper \(G\) is a commutative Hausdorff topological group, \(E\) be a Vitali space with SIP (Subsequential Interpolation Property), and \[ \sum(E) = \{ \{ x_{n} \} \subset E_{+}: \text{ the sequence } \sum_{(i=1)}^{n} x_{i} \text{ is bounded }\}. \] The author extends the well-known theorems of Brooks-Jewett and Cafiero about a sequence of \(G\)-valued, locally exhaustive measures defined on a \(\sigma\)-ring and a \(\sigma\)-field to the case when they are defined on a Vitali space with SIP. For this a matrix theorem of \textit{P. De Lucia} and \textit{T. Traynor} [Math. Jap. 40, No. 2, 309--315 (1994; Zbl 0812.28008)] plays an important role. The main results are: I. Let \( \{ \mu_{n} \}\) be a sequence of \(G\)-valued, additive locally exhaustive functions on \(E\). Then \( \{ \mu_{n} \}\) is uniformly locally exhaustive if and only if for any \(0\)-neighbourhood \(U\) of \(G\) and for any sequence \( \{ e_{i} \} \in \sum(E)\), there are \(i_{0} \in N\) and \(j_{0} \in N\) such that \( \mu_{i} (e_{j_{0}} ) \in U, \forall i \geq i_{0}\). II. Let \( \{ \mu_{n} \}\) be a sequence of \(G\)-valued, additve locally exhaustive functions on \(E\). If \( \{ \mu_{n} \}\) is pointwise convergent on \(E\) then it is uniformly locally exhaustive.
