Powerful 2-Engel groups. II. (Q932866)

This is a continuation of work begun in part I [\textit{P. Moravec} and \textit{G. Traustason}, Commun. Algebra 36, No. 11, 4096-4119 (2008; Zbl 1159.20017)]; powerful groups of class three are considered all of whose powerful proper subgroups have class two. In this part the groups with the condition \(G_3=(G')^3\) are specified. A family of groups and one isolated example (of rank 5 and exponent 27) are obtained.
