The authors extend the notions of saddle-node, transcritical and pitchfork bifurcations on the nonautonomous case of one-parametric scalar equation \(x'=F(\omega\cdot t,x,\lambda),\) defined along the orbits of a minimal and uniquely ergodic base flow \(\mathbb{R}\times \Omega \to \Omega,\; (t,\omega)\longmapsto \omega\cdot t\) on a compact metric space \(\Omega\). On the base of results of topological dynamics and ergodic theory they establish conditions ensuring the occurrence of global saddle-node, transcritical and pitchfork bifurcation at the assumptions of smoothness and concavity or convexity of \(F\) with respect to \(x\).
