Let \(g\) map the unit disc \(D\) onto a simply-connected domain \(\Omega\). If \(L\) is any line or circle then the Hayman-Wu Theorem says \( \Lambda_1(g^{-1}(L)) \leq C \), where \(C\) is a universal constant and \(\Lambda_1\) denotes the one-dimensional Hausdorff measure with respect to the Euclidean metric. It was proven by {K. Ø}yma [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 115, No.3, 687--689 (1992; Zbl 0752.30014), Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 119, No.1, 337--338 (1993; Zbl 0782.30021)] that \(\pi^2 \leq C \leq 4\pi \) and by \textit{S. Rohde} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 130, No. 2, 387--394 (2002; Zbl 0985.30008)] that \(C < 4\pi\). More details are given by \textit{J. B. Garnett} and \textit{D. E. Marshall} [Harmonic measure. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press (2005; Zbl 1077.31001)] and in \textit{R. Kühnau} (ed.) [Handbook of complex analysis: geometric function theory. Volume 1. Amsterdam: North Holland (2002; Zbl 1057.30001)]. The aim of this paper is to consider the case that each connected component of \(\Omega \cap r(\Omega)\) is bounded by one connected component of \(\overline{r(\Omega)}\cap \partial \Omega \) together with its image under \(r\), where \(r\) is the unique anti-Möbius map that \(L\) fixed pointwise.
