This a sequel to the author's previous paper [\textit{G. Bhandari, N. Lemire, J. Mináč} and \textit{J. Swallow}, New York J. Math. 14, 215--224 (2008; Zbl 1148.19001)]. For a cyclic \(p\)-extension \(E/F\) of fields of characteristic \(p\), for all \(m,s\in {\mathbb N}\), the \({\mathbb Z}/_{p^s {\mathbb Z}} [G(E/F)]\)-module structure of the Milnor groups \(K_m E/_{p^s K_m E}\) is determined. The indecomposable direct summands are trivial or free over some quotients of \(G\). Examples are provided for which all the possible nonzero summands indeed occur. Although the classification problem of \({\mathbb Z}/_{p^s {\mathbb Z}} [G]\)-modules (\(G\) cyclic) is not yet completely solved, the existence of a simple decomposition for the Milnor \(K\)-groups is due essentially to the lack of \(p\)-torsion in \(K_m E\) and the authors' previous result when \(s=1\).
