    Let \(D\) be a domain in Euclidean \(n\)-space \(\mathbb{R}^n\). A domain \(D\) is said to be a uniformly John domain if there exist positive constants \(a\) and \(b\) such that each pair of points \(x_{1},x_{2} \in D\) can be joined by a rectifiable arc \(\gamma \subset D\) for which \[ l(\gamma)\leq a\rho_{D}(x_{1},x_{2}) \] and \[ \min _{j=1,2} l(\gamma _{j})\leq b\operatorname{dist}(x,\partial D) \] for each \(x \in \gamma\), where \(l(\gamma)\) denotes the Euclidean length of \(\gamma\) and \(\gamma _{1}\), \(\gamma _{2}\) the components of \(\gamma \backslash \{x\}\). \textit{G. H. Hardy} and \textit{J. E. Littlewood} [Math. Z. 34, 403--439 (1931; Zbl 0003.15601)] proved the following theorem: Suppose that \(f\) is analytic in the unit disc \(B=\{z:| z| <1\}\) and \(0<\alpha \leq 1\). If there exists a constant \(C_{1}\) such that \[ | f'(z)| \leq C_{1} (1-| z| )^{\alpha -1}=C_{1}\operatorname{dist}(z, \partial B)^{\alpha -1} \] and for all \(z \in B\), then \(f\) has a continuous extension to \(\overline{B}=\{z:| z| \leq 1\}\) and \[ | f(z_{1})-f(z_{2})| \leq C_{2}| z_{1}-z_{2}| ^{\alpha} \] for all \(z_{1}, z_{2} \in \overline{B}\) and some constant \(C_{2}\) which depends only on \(C_{1}\) and \(\alpha\). \textit{K. Astala} and \textit{F. W. Gehring} [Mich. Math. J. 32, 99--107 (1985; Zbl 0574.30027), J. Anal. Math. 46, 16--57 (1986; Zbl 0628.30026)] use the characteristic of quasiconformal mapping and extend this result to a quasiconformal anologue in uniform domain in \(n\)-dimensional space. In the present paper under review the authors give some quasiconformal analogues of Hardy-Littlewood's theorem in uniformly John domains.
