This is the third paper in a series concerning contact Ozsváth-Szabó invariants [the same authors: Geom. Topol. 8, 925--945 (2004; Zbl 1059.57017); J. Differ. Geom. 75, 109--141 (2007; Zbl 1112.57005)]. \textit{L}-spaces which are Seifert fibered over the 2-sphere are characterized in terms of taut foliations, transverse foliations and transverse contact structures. A sufficient condition for certain contact Seifert fibered 3-manifolds with \(e_0=-1\) to have nonzero contact Ozsváth-Szabó invariants is given. This yields an algorithm for deciding whether a given small Seifert fibered \textit{L}-space carries a contact structure with nonvanishing contact Ozsváth-Szabó invariant. As an application, the authors prove the existence of tight contact structures on some 3-manifolds obtained by integral surgery along a positive torus knot in the 3-sphere. Planarity of any contact structure on small Seifert fibered \textit{L}-spaces with \(e_0 \geq -1\) is also proved.
