In this paper, the authors prove a convergence result as well as a data dependence result for Ishikawa iterations when applied to contractive-like operators. Reviewer's remark: The inequality \(1-x\leq\exp(x)\) on p.\,3 is not correctly stated; it should be \(1-x\leq\exp(-x)\). This inequality relation is a very powerful tool for establishing convergence results.
