By considering a symmetric space, unitary rigid motion group quotiented by orthogonal rigid motion group, {\textit{i.e.}}, \(\frac{\text{U}(n)\rtimes \mathbb{C}^n} {\text{O}(n)\rtimes\mathbb{R}^n}\), the authors explore a natural \(\lambda\)-family \((\lambda \in \mathbb R \setminus \{0\})\) of flat Lagrangian immersions in \(\mathbb C^n\) based upon a natural symplectic form coming from the complex structure. They show that 1) the symmetric space induces the Lax pair as the first order integrable system, 2) the \(\lambda\)-family degenerates to an Egoroff net on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) when \(\lambda \to 0\), 3) an action of a rational loop group on such immersions, which is constructed by identifying its generators and computing their dressing actions, gives the geometric Ribaucour transformation and permutability formula for such transformations when the generator has one simple pole, and gives a generalized one when it has two poles. They also apply these relations to \(\partial\)-invariant Egoroff nets, the Hopf fibration etc.
