In order to approximate a common fixed point of a finite family \(\{T_i\}_{i=1}^N\) of pseudocontractive self-mappings, the authors consider a viscosity type iterative scheme of the form \[ x_n=\alpha_n f(x_{n-1})+\beta_n x_{n-1}+\gamma_n T_n x_n,\quad n\geq 1, \] where \(T_n=T_{n \bmod N}\). A convergence theorem (Theorem 3.1) is the main result of the paper, which contains as particular cases some previous results from literature.
