It is known that the differential graded Lie algebra (DGLA) of polydifferential operators on any \(C^\infty\)-manifold \(X\) is formal (after Kontsevich) and it is true for any Lie algebroid \(E\) over \(X\) too (after Calaque) [see [\textit{D. Calaque}, Commun. Math. Phys. 257, No. 3, 563--578 (2005; Zbl 1079.53138)]. In the paper under review this formality is extended for a module \(M\) over \(E\), namely, for a DGLA of E-polyvector fields with values in \(M\) .
