The Brauer algebra \(B_f^{(x)}\) is non-semisimple when the parameter \(x\) is an integer subject to certain conditions related to \(f\). This paper studies the radicals of the Brauer algebras in these cases by using results directly from invariant theory. The author obtains some elements in the radical which can be expressed as linear combinations of some diagrammatic minors or Pfaffians and also conjectures that this is all the part of the radical inside the proper step of the standard filtration. The main idea is to study the kernels of some natural homomorphisms from the Brauer algebra \(B_f^{(x)}\) to the centralizer algebras of some tensor spaces over symplectic groups or orthogonal groups. To this end, the author cites his previous paper [J. Algebra 212, No. 1, 240-271 (1999; Zbl 0938.20035)] in Theorem 4.8. Despite the fact that all the results in that paper were proved only over the complex field \(\mathbb{C}\), the author quickly claims in Theorem 4.8 that they are valid over a more general field which satisfies (4.1).
