The authors consider the Schrödinger equation \[ i\partial_t u -\Delta u+V(x,t)u=0, (x,t) \in {\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}, u(x,0)=f(x)\in L^2, \] where \(V(x,t)\) is a complex potential which is bounded and continuous in \({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}\). Under suitable space-time decaying conditions on the potential \(L^2\) decay-nondecay of solutions are investigated. Space-time \(L^p-L^q\) estimates of \(u(t)\) are obtained. Using these estimates the authors developed a scattering theory.
