The authors discuss Euler integral symmetrie in the case of the simplest Fuchsian system that is equivalent to a deformed Heun equation, which is related to the sixth Painlevé equation. The Heun equation is a Fuchsian differential equation with four regular singularities in the complex plane. The deformed equation has an extra apparent singularity. The sixth Painlevé equation is an isomonodromic deformation of the deformed Heun equation. The existence of integral symmetries for the deformed Heun equation leads to the symmetries of the sixth Painlevé equation.
