Selection principles related to \(\alpha\)-properties (Q946827)

Connections between various selection properties arising from the author's properties \(\alpha_i\) for certain families of collections of subsets of a topological space (or group or hyperspace) are given. For example, an \(\omega\)-Lindelöf space \(X\) satisfies the selection properties \(\alpha_i(\Omega,\Gamma)\) \((i=2,3,4)\) and S\(_1(\Omega,\Gamma)\) together, where \(\Omega\) (resp. \(\Gamma\)) is the collection of \(\omega\)-covers (resp. \(\gamma\)-covers) of \(X\).
