A nonnegative continuous and increasing function \(w\) on \((0,1)\) is called a majorant if \(\lim_{t\to 0^+} w(t)= 0\) and \(w(t)/t\) is non-increasing. For \({\mathbf B}= \{z\in\mathbb{C}^n:|z|< 1\}\), the weighted Lipschitz space \(\Lambda_w({\mathbf B})\) consist of the functions on \({\mathbf B}\) that satisfy the requirement \[ |f(x)- f(y)|\leq Mw(|x- y|),\quad x,y\in{\mathbf B}. \] The norm \(\| f\|_{\Lambda_w({\mathbf B})}\) is the smallest \(M\) above. In this paper, the authors give several equivalent quantities for \(\| f\|_{\Lambda_w({\mathbf B})}\) when \(f\) is holomorphic on \({\mathbf B}\), continuous up to the boundary, and the majorant \(w\) satisfies some further requirements. A typical example of their results is this: if \(f\in H^2\) and \(w\) is a majorant such that \(w\) and \(w^2\) are regular (in a sense given by Dyakonov and stated in the paper), then \[ \| f\|_{\Lambda_w({\mathbf B})}\sim \sup_{z\in{\mathbf B}} {{\mathcal P}|f|^2(z)- |f(z)|^2\over w(1-|z|)}, \] where \({\mathcal P}\) denotes the Poisson integral. This equivalence clearly resembles the Garsia norm characterization of BMOA in the unit disk.
