In this paper, the author gives a notion of Morita equivalence for twisted Poisson manifolds which are integrable. The notion of Morita equivalence has been introduced by Xu for quasi-symplectic groupoids. In this work, the author defines Morita equivalence for twisted Poisson manifolds, without using groupoids. After recalling the relevant notions and results, he proves that two integrable twisted Poisson manifolds are Morita equivalent if and only if the corresponding symplectic groupoids are Morita equivalent as twisted symplectic groupoids. That means that the author's definition is equivalent to the definition using groupoids.
