Stokes and Oseen flow with Coriolis force in the exterior domain (Q947036)

The author considers the problem of steady viscous linear case with Coriolis force in the exterior domain. More precisely, a rotating rigid body whose complement is filled with a viscous incompressible fluid governed by the Navier-Stokes equations is considered. The author investigates the influence of the Coriolis force to the regularity of the solutions, and show that the rotation improves the regularity of the solution. Estimates for the solutions to the Stokes problem and to the Oseen problem are given.
