The paper focuses on the problem of the number of limit cycles for classes 30 and 31 according to Zeeman's classification from \textit{M. L. Zeeman} [Dyn. Stab. Syst. 8, No.~3, 189--217 (1993; Zbl 0797.92025)] of three-dimensional Lotka-Volterra competitive system. By using an algorithmic method proposed in \textit{J. Hofbauer} and \textit{J. W.-H. So} [Appl. Math. Lett. 7, No.~6, 65--70 (1994; Zbl 0816.34021)] multiple limit cycles are found in these classes.
