The author proves the existence of extremal fixed points for set-valued mappings in partially ordered sets by using an interplay between recursion principle, generalized iteration method and the axiom of choice. Then, he deduces the existence of extremal solutions for an inclusion problem as well as the extremal Nash equilibria for a normal-form game.
