This paper studies a class of nonlinear impulsive functional differential systems. Sufficient conditions for W-stability of and W-uniform stability of the solutions are obtained by using Lyapunov functions and Razumikhin technique. Applying these results, criteria for asymtotical stability of nonlinear impulsive functional differential systems are derived.
