The author proves four theorems concerning integral operators with the \textit{R. Oinarov} kernel [Proc. Steklov Inst. Math. 204, 240-250 (1993; Zbl 0883.47048)] on spaces of positive \(\sigma\)-finite Borel measures. They contain necessary and sufficient conditions for the operators to satisfy Hardy type inequalities.
