The main theorem of the paper states the following: If \(\alpha_0\) is an affine action of a discrete group \(\Gamma\) on a compact homogeneous space \(X\) and \(\alpha_1\) a \(C^\infty\)-action of \(\Gamma\) on \(X\) sufficiently \(C^1\)-close to \(\alpha_0\), then, under some conditions (about the irreducibility of some action and the existence of ``good pairs'' in the group of affine transformations \(\text{Aff}(X)\)), every topological conjugacy between \(\alpha_0\) and \(\alpha_1\) is in fact a \(C^\infty\)-diffeomorphism. This smoothness result is applied in two particular cases: 1) Zariski-dense subgroups on \(SL_d(\mathbb Z)\) acting on the \(d\)-dimensional torus, and 2) Zariski-dense subgroups of a simple noncompact Lie group \(G\) acting on a compact homogeneous space \(X\) on \(G\) with an invariant measure.
