In the development of convergence phenomena for spectral sequences, \textit{J. M. Boardman} [Contemp. Math. 239, 49--84 (1999; Zbl 0947.55020)] introduced various limits which govern conditional convergence. These limits have duals and the intertwining of these duals and limits is the focus of this paper, the second in a series on the theory of spectral sequences. The main device of proof is a large commutative diagram (found at (26) and (29) in the paper) and results from the previous paper. The application of general ideas to the cases of the various classical spectral sequences follows as in Boardman. Of note here is the novel treatment of issues surrounding duality in de Rham theory and the choices of topology on cochain complexes. For Part I see [the author, Geometric topology and set theory.
