The author investigates a behavior of the Riesz means of the Rademacher functions \[ r_n(x)=\text{sign} \sin 2^{n+1}\pi x. \] Let \[ q_n> 0, \sum q_n =\infty \] and \[ Q_n =\sum_{m = 0}^n q_m. \] The main resalt is next Theorem. Assume that \( q_n \) and \( \frac{Q_n}{q_n}\) are nondecreasing sequence. Then the following three conditions are equivalent: (i) \( \lim\sup \frac{Q_n}{q_n \ln n}>\infty.\) (ii) The sequence \[ \rho_n(x):= \frac {q_0 r_0(x) + q_1 r_1(x) +... + q_n r_n(x)}{Q_n} \eqno (1) \] diverges for a.e. \( x \in \mathbb{R}\). (iii) Sequence (1) diverge on a set of positive measure.
