The authors consider the Neumann problem with \(L^p\) boundary data for Laplace equation, \[ \Delta u=0\text{ in }\Omega\quad\frac{\partial u}{\partial \vec n}=f\in L^p(\Omega)\quad (\nabla u)^*\in L^p(\partial\Omega),\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded Lipschitz domain in \(\mathbb{R}^N\), \(N\geq 2\), \(\vec n\) denotes the outward unit normal to \(\partial\Omega\), \((\nabla u)^*\) denotes the nontangential maximal function of \(\nabla u\). The authors give a necessary and sufficient condition for the solvability of (1) for \(p>2\). Moreover, the authors present solvability of (1) on bounded convex domain depending on \(d\) and \(N\).
