The author considers the multidimensional conservation law regularized with second and fourth order diffusions. The system arises as a thin film model. It is assumed that planar traveling wave solutions exist. Additional assumptions of regularity, non-sonicity, and parabolicity are made. The nonlinear stability of under-compressible waves in dimensions \(d\geq 2\) under general spectral conditions is established.
